International IT company Livornica is looking for an experienced Affiliate / Account Manager to join a rapidly growing CPA project operating across 10 countries and 3 continents.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management: Onboard, manage, and scale relationship networks with affiliate partners and webmasters.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, optimize campaigns, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Support & Operations: Provide ongoing operational support, prompt response to affiliate inquiries, and maintain reporting/documentation.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in Affiliate Marketing / CPA networks.
Languages: Advanced English (C1), Spanish (B2) for calls and written communication.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate performance data quickly and make data-driven decisions independently.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, proactive problem-solving, and communication skills.
