Experience: 4–5 Years
KashmirHuts.com is looking for an Architect / Architectural Designer with practical experience in residential, hospitality and cottage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Site surveys and measurements
Floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings
Architectural concepts and space planning
3D modelling and visualisation
Preparation of working drawings
Coordination with the project and site team
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field
4–5 years of relevant professional experience
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp/Revit
Experience with 3D visualisation/rendering software
Ability to independently handle drawings and site measurements
Hospitality, cottage, residential or renovation experience preferred
