Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP system.Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Review and analyze general ledger transactions for accuracy and completeness.Support financial reporting and audit requirements.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and SOX/internal controls.Coordinate with AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and other finance teams for issue resolution.Prepare management reports and variance analysis.Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.3–6 years of experience in General Ledger/R2R accounting.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
