This is the role that sits directly between our players and their money. Every deposit, every withdrawal, every account that looks slightly off — it lands with you. You’ll spend your day inside our payment and risk systems: clearing withdrawals quickly for genuine players, holding the ones that aren’t, spotting multi-accounting and bonus abuse before it costs us, and keeping deposits flowing across our payment providers.
It’s a real-time, hands-on operations role on a small team. You’ll be making live calls on live accounts, and your judgment directly affects both our exposure to fraud and how a real customer experiences us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Real-Time Monitoring — monitoring transactions and player activity in real time, working through deposits, withdrawals, and account behaviour to spot fraud patterns and suspicious activity as it happens.
Withdrawal Decisions — approving, holding, or escalating pending withdrawals, balancing our 24-hour payout commitment against genuine risk signals.
Account Investigations — digging into multi-accounting, bonus abuse, third-party payments, chargebacks, and AML red flags, and documenting what you found and what you did.
KYC & AML Checks — verifying identity, source of funds where required, and keeping accounts compliant with our licensing obligations.
Deposits & Payment Issues — troubleshooting failed deposits and payment issues, and working with our payment providers to resolve them and protect acceptance rates.
Reporting — surfacing fraud trends, recurring abuse patterns, and PSP issues so the team can act on them.
Urgent Response — being available during your shift (including out-of-hours and weekend cover) to act on urgent fraud and payment issues.
WHO YOU ARE
You’ve personally worked payments and fraud in online gaming — at least 2 years in a fraud, risk, or payments-operations role at an online casino or betting operator (not just adjacent finance).
You can spot a pattern and act on it — you’ve actually caught multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or fraudulent withdrawals, and you can walk us through how you did it and what happened next.
You know KYC/AML in practice — you’ve run verification and AML checks under a real licensing regime and understand why each step exists.
You’ve used payment and fraud tooling hands-on — PSPs, payment gateways, back-office systems, and fraud/transaction-monitoring tools.
You have opinions — you can look at a withdrawal, an account, or a deposit pattern and say what’s fine, what’s not, and exactly why. You’re comfortable making the call and defending it.
WHAT THIS ISN’T
A pure-policy or analyst-only role where you never touch a live account — you’ll be making real decisions on real transactions all day.
A big-team role with layers of escalation — it’s a small, hands-on operation where your individual judgment carries weight.
