Hiring | Corporate HR - HR Analytics | Comp & Ben | Rewards
MGM Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Corporate HR professional to join our team and drive initiatives across Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Employee Experience and Talent Management.
This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to enterprise-wide people initiatives across MGM Healthcare.
What You’ll Do
Drive employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into meaningful actions
Use HR analytics, stay conversations and exit insights to design retention strategies
Facilitate succession planning, Hi-Po identification and leadership development
Anchor Total Rewards, including compensation benchmarking, reviews and related initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience working on Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Talent Management and HR Analytics
Strong interest in organizational culture, engagement and retention
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives
