📍 Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
📅 Experience: 5-7 Years | 💼 Type: Full-Time
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruiter – US IT Recruitment! We’re looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, client interaction, and vendor/account management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for contract, C2H, and full-time US IT roles
✅ Work on ATS/VMS (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Fieldglass, Beeline)
✅ Collaborate with clients, MSPs, and internal teams to define hiring needs
✅ Conduct technical/behavioral interviews, negotiate offers, ensure compliance
✅ Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing & Boolean searches
✅ Manage documentation (W2, 1099, C2C, OPT, H1B, GC, USC) and background checks
✅ Maintain compliance with EEO/OFCCP & US labor laws
✅ Provide reports on time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, and pipeline health
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️5-7 yrs in US IT Recruitment (across domains like Cloud, ERP, AI, etc.)
✔️ Hands-on with sourcing tools: Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, etc.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation & client management skills
