Role Description As a Human Resources Intern – Remote (m/f/d), you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, international gaming and technology environment. This full-time remote role includes assisting with HR administration, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. You will support onboarding activities for new team members, coordinate internal communication related to HR topics, and help organize virtual trainings and team events. The role also involves contributing to employee benefits documentation, gathering feedback from staff, and preparing reports to support HR decision-making. You will collaborate closely with HR management and other departments to ensure a positive employee experience in a remote-first setting.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience in a global, remote-first company.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support their documentation and communication.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and assisting with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfort using digital collaboration tools and HR-related software; prior experience with remote work tools is beneficial.
Interest in gaming, esports, or digital platforms and openness to working with a diverse, international team.
