Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
Preparation and review of workpapers for Taxable Income and Earnings and Profits Calculations for CFCs and other foreign entities
Review of international tax filings such as CFCs, and foreign information reporting (Form 5471, , Form 8858, Form 926, Form 5472 etc.)
Preparation and review of ECI, FDAP and Foreign Withholding Information for foreign investors (Form 1042/1042S, Form 8804/8805.)
Preparation and review of fixed asset workpaper and depreciation/Gain or loss calculation
Preparation of workpapers related to provision calculation
Proficient on Go System/OneSource income tax, Corptax and other Tax Compliance tools.
Assisting team members to prepare for e-file and review of XMLs
Manage client's engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects). Managing engagement workflow, engagement team resources, and engagement billing.
Supervise and train staff and New Joiners on tax projects as buddy.

Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Minimum Master's Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance and understanding of Federal taxes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e., Excel).
