Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mundra, focused on solar glass operations within Sunbond Energy Pvt. Ltd. The role involves working closely with production teams to manage solar glass handling, inspection, and preparation for integration into PV modules, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include monitoring glass specifications, identifying and reporting defects, coordinating with maintenance and quality departments, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process. The role also requires accurate documentation of production data, compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and product reliability.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Solar Power and the broader Solar Industry, with an interest in PV module manufacturing.
Knowledge of Solar Systems and Power Generation concepts relevant to utility-scale and rooftop applications.
Awareness of Wind Energy and other renewable energy sources as part of the overall clean energy ecosystem.
Experience in glass handling, manufacturing, or materials processing in an industrial or energy sector environment is beneficial.
Ability to follow technical instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols in a production setting.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in on-site operational teams.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, materials science, renewable energy, or a related field preferred.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
