About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Field Marketing Associate to support events, campaigns, community initiatives, and regional marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of field marketing experience in a B2B AI/SaaS environment, strong content writing and communication skills, and a basic understanding of design. You will work closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to create impactful campaigns and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Field Marketing
Support conferences, roadshows, roundtables, webinars, and community events from planning to on-site execution.
Coordinate with organizers, vendors, venues, speakers, and internal teams.
Manage registrations, event timelines, branding requirements, logistics, and attendee communications.
Support attendee engagement and ensure event deliverables are completed on time.
Content & Communications
Write event invitations, emails, social media posts, landing page copy, community posts, and follow-up communications.
Develop engaging pre-event, during-event, and post-event content.
Create event briefs, speaker communications, promotional content, and internal updates.
Ensure all communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
Community Management
Support the day-to-day management and growth of our procurement community.
Create conversation starters, polls, industry discussions, event updates, and other engaging content.
Engage with community members and encourage meaningful conversations and participation.
Repurpose event insights and discussions into relevant community content.
Track community engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation.
Campaign & Audience Support
Support attendee acquisition through email, social media, communities, and partner channels.
Research target accounts, decision-makers, speakers, and relevant industry communities.
Coordinate with sales teams on invitations, attendee lists, and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate campaign and event information across trackers and marketing platforms.
Design & Creative Support
Create and edit basic marketing assets using Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Support social media creatives, presentations, event banners, standees, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with designers and review assets for content accuracy and brand consistency.
Reporting & Operations
Maintain event calendars, attendee lists, vendor information, budgets, and project trackers.
Track registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings, leads, and campaign performance.
Support post-event reporting, vendor coordination, invoices, shipping, and other event operations.
Required Qualifications
1 Year - 2 Year of field marketing experience in a B2B AI/SaaS environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
Basic understanding of design and tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High attention to detail and ownership.
Willingness to travel and support events on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B events, conferences, roadshows, or community programs.
Experience managing or engaging professional communities.
Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, event registration, and marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of social media and campaign execution.
Experience working with sales teams, agencies, vendors, and event partners.
