Aryamala Hospitals is a newly established hospital that commenced operations in November 2026. As we begin this exciting journey, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in building, developing, and managing our hospital workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems for the hospital.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and staff documentation.
Develop staffing plans according to hospital requirements and future expansion.
Coordinate staff orientation, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Maintain good employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
Work closely with hospital management and department heads to ensure smooth workforce management.
Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.
Establish a professional, disciplined, and supportive work culture.
Assist management in building the hospital into a successful and well-organized healthcare institution.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in HR management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Strong in recruitment, employee management, and HR administration.
Capable of independently establishing HR systems and processes.
A good communicator and team leader.
Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable working in a new hospital environment where systems and teams are being developed from the ground up.
