SAP Trainer

We are looking for a Full-Time SAP Trainer who can deliver engaging, hands-on SAP training and help learners build the technical knowledge and practical confidence needed for their career journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in assigned SAP modules.
Develop and execute structured lesson plans aligned with Techmaax course curricula.
Conduct live SAP system demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world business process simulations.
Explain SAP concepts, transaction flows, and functional processes in a clear, learner-friendly manner.
Support students with practical assignments, module-based projects, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, practical evaluations, and mock assessments.
Maintain student attendance, learning progress, and training-related documentation.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to support industry-oriented learning and interview preparation.
Continuously update course content based on SAP developments, industry practices, and learner requirements.

Module allocation will depend on the candidate's technical expertise and the institute's training requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., or a related field, depending on the SAP specialization.
Strong functional or technical knowledge of at least one SAP module.
Practical experience working with SAP systems and business process scenarios.
Prior experience in SAP training, corporate training, implementation, support, or consulting.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in a simple and structured manner.
Strong learner engagement, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering SAP training to graduates, freshers, working professionals, or corporate learners.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, or relevant module-specific tools.
Exposure to live SAP systems, project simulations, or real-world implementation scenarios.
Experience in preparing students for practical assessments and career-oriented interviews.
SAP certification or relevant industry credentials, where applicable.
