URGENT HIRING | ASSISTANT HOD – THE LANGUAGE SKOOL*
📌 *Position:* Assistant Head of Department (Assistant HOD) - French
🏢 *Company:* The Language Skool
🏠 *Work Mode:* Remote / Work From Home
💰 *Salary:* ₹30k+ per month
⏳ *Experience:* 4+ years
📅 *Working Days:* Monday – Saturday
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Assist the HOD in managing the department and trainers
* Coordinate trainer schedules and batches
* Monitor trainer performance and class quality
* Conduct trainer interviews and demo classes
* Handle trainer/student concerns and feedback
* Support curriculum and training activities
* Prepare reports and MIS
* Coordinate with HR, Operations and Management
* Ensure smooth functioning of online classes and batches
### 🔹 Requirements
✅ 4+ years of relevant experience
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Team/trainer management experience
✅ Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
✅ Education, Language Training or EdTech experience preferred
✅ Comfortable working remotely
