Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Fashion Intern who is keen to learn and explore the intimate apparel industry. This role will provide hands-on exposure to Founder Office - New Projects, Merchandising & Sourcing, Product Development, Ecommerce, Business Development, Rewards & Loyalty Program, and Industry Research.

🩱 Lingerie Merchandiser
Manage product sourcing, vendor coordination, costing, sampling, production follow-ups, and trend analysis to ensure timely delivery of quality lingerie collections.
💻 eCommerce Development
Develop and optimize online sales channels, website performance, customer journeys, product listings, and digital growth initiatives using technology and data-driven insights.
🎁 Rewards Program Strategy, Development & Execution
Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty and rewards programs to improve retention, engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
🤝 Client Relationship & Sales
Build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
🚀 Founder’s Office – Fashion, Technology & New Projects
Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives, business development, technology adoption, market research, project execution, and new venture opportunities.
📣 Fashion Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, brand activations, social media strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives for fashion brands.
✍️ Fashion Content
Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, and brand storytelling that connects with fashion-conscious audiences.
📝 Lingerie Blogging
Research and write informative, SEO-friendly blogs on lingerie, fashion trends, fit guides, body positivity, styling tips, and industry insights to build brand authority.
