We are looking for experienced engineers who can take complete ownership, understand existing products, solve production issues, build new features, and make strong technical decisions.
𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 — 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 & 𝗔𝗜
• Maintain and improve existing products
• Build features across frontend, backend, and AI
• Debug production issues across the complete stack
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and code quality
• Make architectural decisions and guide engineers
Experience with React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, APIs, cloud systems, and AI integrations is preferred.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
• Build production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems
• Develop RAG, memory, tool-calling, and AI workflows
• Improve AI accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost
• Maintain and debug existing AI systems
• Guide junior AI engineers
Candidates must stay updated with the latest AI models, frameworks, research, tools, benchmarks, and industry developments.
𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱
Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar agentic coding tools is required.
You should know how to use them for:
• Understanding existing codebases
• Developing production features
• Debugging complex issues
• Writing and running tests
• Reviewing and improving code
Not just for generating code.
