Job Overview: This is an active, operations-focused role involving the maintenance and management of database records across multiple regions, completion of operational checklists, and execution of WhatsApp marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Whatsapp Marketing to customers via broadcast channels and groups
Perform regular data entry to update and maintain accurate databases for various regions using Microsoft Excel.
Follow and complete structured daily operational checklists provided by management.
Manage routine on-site tasks, including basic inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary/PUC) or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Kannada to communicate seamlessly with regional customers.
Language Proficiency (English): Reading skills to understand operational databases, instructions, and checklists.
Technical Skills (Excel): Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and simple sheet updates.
Work Style: Hands-on, and capable of executing repetitive tasks accurately through checklist guidelines.
