Role Description The Manager Advisory Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading advisory engagements across real estate and capital-related projects, including financial analysis, market assessments, and strategy development. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, preparing and reviewing financial models and reports, coordinating due diligence, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support GCC setup, investment decisions, and commercial structures, ensuring advice is practical, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining high standards of delivery, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and decision support.
Solid foundation in finance, including corporate finance, investment analysis, and valuation principles.
Knowledge of accounting concepts and practices relevant to advisory, transactions, and financial review.
Consulting experience, preferably in real estate, financial advisory, or management consulting, with client-facing responsibilities.
Experience in financial reporting, including preparation, interpretation, and presentation of management and investor reports.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Familiarity with real estate markets and investment structures is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical or visualization tools.
