We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team as a key technical member supporting critical and strategic SAP initiatives. This role requires proactive, strong customer ownership and experienced professional with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development across current SAP ERP landscapes and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will work with focus on DRC, AIF and Global e-Invoicing and e-Payment implementation ensuring system health, performance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
• SAP S/4HANA & ABAP Development: Design, develop, enhance, and optimize solutions using SAP S/4HANA, ABAP Object-Oriented programming, and ABAP Cloud, applying modern development practices to support critical and strategic implementations.
• DRC & Global E-Invoicing Delivery: Design and implement end-to-end electronic invoicing processes using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), ensuring reliable integration, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across countries.
• AIF Configuration & Country-Specific Mapping: Configure SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) mappings to transform standard SAP SD billing data into country-specific XML structures, supporting scalable and compliant global e-invoicing processes.
• Electronic Document Processing & Troubleshooting: Work with EDOC_COCKPIT, including submission logic, electronic-document status management, error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting throughout the document lifecycle.
• API, Interface & XML Integration: Design and maintain APIs and SAP interfaces, analyze and map XML payloads, debug data and integration issues, and ensure reliable exchange between SAP S/4HANA, external platforms, and country authorities.
• System Performance, Monitoring & Technical Quality: Apply advanced debugging and analytical techniques to identify root causes, monitor custom developments and interfaces, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with development standards, clean-core principles, security requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Solution Design & Business Outcome: Translate business and country-specific regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions, challenge assumptions when needed, and select appropriate technologies and methodologies to improve business outcomes.
• Documentation, Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Document solutions and best practices, communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with global and regional teams, mentor developers, and take ownership of critical deliverables.
• SAP Integration Technologies: Apply foundational knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and stay current with SAP BTP and related integration capabilities to support reliable and scalable electronic invoicing solutions.

Bachelor’s degree.
SAP Development
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
Strong experience with ABAP Object-Oriented programming and ABAP Cloud.
Experience designing and delivering complex, scalable, and maintainable SAP solutions.
SAP DRC & Global E-Invoicing
Proven experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
End-to-end experience designing and implementing electronic invoicing processes, from SAP SD billing through document submission and status processing.
Experience with electronic document monitoring, error analysis, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
SAP AIF & EDOC_COCKPIT
Experience configuring SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) mappings.
Experience transforming standard SAP SD billing data into country-specific XML structures.
Working knowledge of EDOC_COCKPIT, including:
Submission logic
Electronic document status management
Monitoring
Error analysis
Troubleshooting
APIs, Interfaces & XML
Proven experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting APIs and SAP interfaces for integration with external systems and platforms.
Strong ability to analyze, map, validate, and debug XML payloads.
Ability to identify and resolve data transformation and integration issues.
SAP Cloud Integration
Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), including:
