Role Description The Data and AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and AI models that power agentic, quantum, and edge AI solutions for client platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing machine learning and neural network architectures, implementing NLP components, and integrating models into production-grade software systems. The role involves close collaboration with consulting teams and client stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into reliable, auditable technical designs, as well as creating evaluation frameworks and monitoring tools to ensure systems do not drift in production. The engineer will also participate in internal research initiatives, contribute to technical documentation and best practices, and support continuous improvement of the firm’s AI engineering standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning models.
Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Professional-level Software Development skills with experience in production code, version control, testing, and CI/CD.
Proficiency in at least one major programming language used in AI (such as Python) and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience designing and operating data pipelines, APIs, and model monitoring for production environments.
Ability to work remotely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with eval-driven ML workflows, MLOps practices, or AI safety and auditability is a strong plus.
