Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in industrial data platforms to lead large-scale digital transformation programs across Energy & Utility organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Industrial IoT, OT/IT convergence, AI solutions, operational data management, asset performance optimization, and enterprise-scale data architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and implementation of Industrial Data Platforms using Hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure).
Design solutions for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital twins, operational intelligence, and sustainability initiatives.
Integrate OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, Historians) with enterprise platforms (ERP, EAM, GIS, Data Lakes, Cloud).
Define enterprise data models, contextualization strategies, and industrial data governance frameworks.
Drive Energy Transition use cases including renewable asset management, grid modernization, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Define and own enterprise AI platform architecture covering Generative AI, Agentic AI, orchestration layers, model serving, and shared AI services.
Design scalable AI agent solutions using enterprise patterns for knowledge, tools, topics, instructions, and workflow orchestration.
Lead cloud, edge, and enterprise integration architecture discussions.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and mentoring across transformation programs.
Required Skills
10–20 years of experience in Industrial Digitalization, IIoT, OT/IT Architecture, or Data & Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with prior experience in Industrial data protocols and developing industrial digital & AI platforms.
Deep understanding of Energy & Utility operations, including Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, or Oil & Gas.
Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, Data Historians, Industrial IoT, and Digital Twin solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML architectures.
Expertise in industrial integration standards, data governance, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience delivering large-scale energy, utility, or industrial transformation programs.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
