ABOUT FULONI
Fuloni is a Guwahati-based landscape design, urban greening and turnkey execution company creating thoughtfully designed green spaces for residential, hospitality, commercial and institutional projects.
We work across landscape design, 3D visualization, planting and planter systems, working drawings, project execution and maintenance — with a focus on practical, climate-responsive and plastic-free urban greening.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Architect who wants to see their designs move beyond the screen and become real spaces.
You’ll work across the complete project journey:
Site Study → Concept → AutoCAD → Landscape Design → 3D Modelling → Rendering → Working Drawings → Site Execution
Freshers with strong portfolios as well as experienced architects are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
• Conduct site visits, measurements and site documentation
• Prepare landscape layouts and spatial concepts
• Develop accurate AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections and working drawings
• Create 3D models and presentation-quality renders
• Plan hardscape, softscape, planters, pathways and other landscape elements
• Assist with material selection, quantities and BOQs
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and site teams
• Resolve practical design issues during execution
• Help ensure the completed project reflects the approved design intent
CORE SOFTWARE
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software
• Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or equivalent rendering software
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit or similar tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• B.Arch preferred
• Strong spatial and design sense
• Good AutoCAD drafting ability
• Good 3D modelling and rendering ability
• Comfortable taking accurate site measurements
• Comfortable visiting active project sites
• Attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability
• Interest in landscape design, plants, materials and real-world execution
FOR EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS
We’ll additionally look for experience with:
• Working and construction drawings
• Landscape detailing
• Hardscape and softscape planning
• BOQs / quantity estimation
• Materials and finishes
• Contractor and vendor coordination
• Site supervision and execution
• Independently handling projects from concept to completion
COMPENSATION
Freshers / strong freshers:
₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Experienced architects:
₹25,000–₹40,000 per month
Final compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, software proficiency, technical ability and level of project ownership.
