Web Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Associate / Ecommerce Data Entry Specialist to support our ecommerce and digital operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working inside platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor, and who can accurately execute website updates, product uploads, content changes, and other implementation tasks based on provided instructions, designs, and SOPs.
This is primarily an execution and implementation role. You do not need to be an advanced developer, but you should be comfortable navigating ecommerce platforms, learning new tools, and making accurate updates without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain products within Shopify and WordPress / WooCommerce
Upload and organize product titles and descriptions
Upload and manage images and media
Update pricing and SKUs
Create and manage product variants and options
Organize collections and categories
Manage product tags
Update metafields and custom product information
Implement website content updates using WordPress / Elementor
Update banners, images, text, buttons, links, and page content
Build or update basic landing pages based on provided designs or instructions
Follow established designs, layouts, SOPs, and implementation requirements
Assist with ecommerce promotions, bundles, discounts, forms, and campaign-related website updates
Configure and update ecommerce apps and integrations when instructions are provided
Perform routine data entry and bulk product updates
Organize ecommerce data using spreadsheets and CSV files
Review websites after implementation to ensure changes were applied correctly
Test links, buttons, pricing, product variants, images, and page functionality
Check desktop and mobile layouts for obvious formatting or responsiveness issues
Identify and report implementation errors or website issues
Troubleshoot basic Shopify, WordPress, Elementor, and ecommerce platform issues
Coordinate with project managers, designers, marketers, and developers when additional support is required
Learn and work with new ecommerce tools, plugins, apps, and platforms as needed

CSV product imports and exports
Shopify product variants and collections
WordPress product categories
Ecommerce apps and plugins
Basic HTML and CSS
Figma or experience working from designer-provided layouts
Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful, but advanced coding experience is not required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking a set of instructions and turning them into a correctly implemented result.
You should be the type of person who notices small details such as a wrong price, an incorrect product image, inconsistent spacing, a broken link, a missing variant, or a page that does not look right on mobile.
You should also be comfortable asking questions when instructions are unclear while being capable of independently handling tasks once the process has been established.
