Plantation Operations Advisor

At Aerina, we’re developing autonomous systems for palm oil harvesting, with the goal of improving harvesting efficiency and reducing labor dependency.
As we continue developing our technology, we’re looking for a Plantation Operations Advisor with hands-on industry expertise to help us better understand plantation operations and the realities of harvesting in the field.
What you will be working on:
Process Analysis: Help us understand current harvesting practices, operational challenges, and field requirements
Expert Insights: Share your experience and feedback to help us focus on what matters most in real plantation conditions
Product Development: Collaborate with our team to turn plantation expertise into practical requirements for our autonomous harvesting systems
What skills are important for us:
You have a strong understanding of harvesting processes and day-to-day plantation operations
You can clearly explain operational challenges and share practical insights.
You are interested in new technologies such as robotics, AI, and automation, and comfortable working with a technology team.
You can communicate fluently in English
Experience in agricultural technology is a plus
