Description
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
4-year college degree or equivalent military experience and leadership
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in project management, practice management or healthcare IT
Experience installing and configuring computer software (desired)
Thorough understanding & good working knowledge of MS Office - Word & Excel
Ability to work with clients and vendors with varying technical and communication skills; to foster and promote good customer relations; to facilitate projects, conference calls and meetings
Innovative with process improvement and development skills background helpful;
Ability to work in a fast paced, open ended team environment; flexibility and adaptability a must; problem solving and results focused; Healthcare, HL7 specs and Healthcare Industries and their workflows background helpful
Client-focused; able to anticipate client needs and offer solutions, able to develop short term problem circumvention if needed; able to troubleshoot problems
Ability to introduce technical and non-technical work flows to new Project Managers and assist and lead in their training

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
