Social Media Coordinator

Avati Retail is an early-stage lifestyle and gifting retail startup based in Ahmedabad. We are building a modern retail brand across fragrance, personal care, home décor, gifting, stationery and lifestyle products.
We are a small, growing team where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and directly contribute to building the brand.
Role Description
We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in Ahmedabad.
You’ll be responsible for creating content for Instagram and other social platforms especially reels, stories, product videos and creative posts.
The role involves shooting content at our store, creating reels, editing videos, following current trends, writing captions, and coming up with new content ideas to grow the brand.
This is an early-stage startup, so we’re looking for someone who is creative, hands-on, comfortable experimenting, and excited to build something from the ground up.
Qualifications
• Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
• Able to shoot and edit reels and short-form videos.
• Creative and comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when required.
• Good communication and caption-writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Willing to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Freshers with strong content skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Prior social media or content creation experience is a plus.
