Tips: Experience of 2 to 4 years at similar Position and related Interiors and Wood Industry.
Responsibilities
1. Be familiar with products, components and raw materials.
2. Be familiar with rates for various items.
3. Know the process flow for each component and products.
4. Data for all Processes.
5. Coordination with Client and Factory for delivery and installation.
6. Attending Meeting, raising & handing over certificate, Measurement Sheet Approval from Client Qualities Check Sheet, variation Statements and assisting in final billing.
7. Daily site/Project Progress Report to Management.
8. Daily workmen activity Report.
9. Project expenses - Submittal and Clearances.
10. Be familiar with preparation of cost sheet & Estimates methods.
11. Ensure proper Coordination with the site Installation team regarding installation works & handing over.
12. Tendering/Estimation
Qualifications
[BBA/MBA (Marketing)]
Example: • Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada Languages will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS office.
Software Knowledge for Cost Sheet Preparations & Methods.
