Sika India services direct customers and distributors and stay close to them via the central sales & marketing office in Pune, and a pan India sales team presence.
Job Description
This Management Trainee role will support business growth by identifying and qualifying new project opportunities in focus segments such as Refurbishment, Waterproofing, and Roofing. The individual will assist the sales team in market mapping, lead generation, customer outreach, and pipeline development, with a particular focus on the Developer segment and small to medium-sized industrial projects. The role will provide valuable on-ground exposure to project sales, specifications, and customer engagement, while building a strong talent pipeline to support future business expansion.
Qualifications
Preferably BE Civil Engineering from a reputed institute
