Tele-Caller Specialist (Edtech)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to qualified leads to drive registrations
Strong lead generation and convincing skills to drive registrations and enrolments
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
Follow call scripts and maintain conversation quality standards
Follow up with prospects to increase registrations
Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements
Maintain records of registrations, follow-ups, and customer interactions
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills with clear accent, fluency, and confidence while speaking with international customers
Experience handling US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia leads preferred
Comfortable working in night shifts
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferred
Candidates with international calling experience will be given priority
Shift Timing:
Night Shift (10 PM- 7 AM IST)
Remote (Work from home)
