15+ years of overall experience in a corporate environment, with strong technical, analytical, and solutioning capabilities.
Experience in Large ADMS deals. ERP/ CRM solutions like SAP, Oracle, SFDC
Customer solutioning for bids, RFPs, and proactive opportunities.
Demonstrate strong understanding of established architecture frameworks, with proven experience in shaping and delivering large, strategic, and complex multi-tower deals, including solution development, win theme articulation, techno-commercial propositioning, presales engagement, and thought leadership.
Proven experience in leading customer oral presentations, effectively articulating solution value, addressing stakeholder queries, and supporting successful deal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Of The Lead Solution Architect Include
Define major technical solution initiatives for customers or Fujitsu, influencing investment decisions and solution direction.
Develop solution strategies, architectures, and proposals aligned to customer requirements and business outcomes.
Development of an integrated end-to-end customer solution
Manage complex solution strategy and design activities, including approach definition, design governance, strategic risk identification, and mitigation planning.
Define solution tenets, key messages, and solution themes that support the overall win strategy.
Provide presales consulting support, including current delivery cost assessment, solution model options, benefits analysis, and input into early customer engagements.
Demonstrated experience working on at least 4–6 large and complex deals.
Create a high-level solution blueprint that identifies key solution elements, operating model, delivery approach, and differentiators.
Apply knowledge of Fujitsu service offerings, market trends, skills, and delivery experience to design compelling and competitive solutions.
Engage with customers to understand business strategy and develop IT strategies and architectures for significant areas of their business.
Ensure solution compliance by providing guidance and oversight to solution teams, enabling the development of deliverable, optimised, best-practice-aligned designs that are competitively differentiated.
Own the end-to-end solution across the design lifecycle, including shaping, construction, review, and formal management.
Contribute to the development of proposal deliverables, including ownership of the solution overview and assigned response sections, while providing guidance and direction to contributing stakeholders.
Own the overall solution costing approach in close collaboration with the Financial Architect, ensuring that cost assumptions, pricing inputs, and commercial considerations are accurately reflected and translated into the customer price book in alignment with the proposed solution, bid strategy, and governance requirements.
Lead bid assurance and solution review forums, presenting and substantiating the proposed solution while ensuring alignment with organisational governance standards, compliance requirements, and formal approval processes.
