About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer / Lead Product Designer to join our team on a 3–6 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, User Experience, and Design Thinking, with a strong track record of designing complex digital products and SaaS platforms.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Design Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to discover problems, define solutions, create intuitive user experiences, and take designs from concept through development and launch.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home contract role, supporting a US-based team and working in the US Pacific Time (PST) zone.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Product Design / UX Design process for assigned product areas, from discovery and research through design, validation, development, and launch.
Design exceptional UI/UX experiences across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization journeys.
Conduct user research, customer research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to identify customer problems and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
Translate complex business and product requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, journey maps, process flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Build interactive prototypes in Figma and facilitate usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
Take ownership of the complete visual design process from initial concepts through developer handoff and implementation.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, UI patterns, design guidelines, and reusable components.
Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
Review product experiences before and after launch and use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Present design concepts, rationale, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Participate in design critiques and contribute to a strong, collaborative design culture.
Use AI and LLM-powered tools to improve productivity, research, ideation, analysis, and design effectiveness.
Work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Strong experience designing digital products, SaaS platforms, B2B, B2C, or B2B2X products.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, interaction design, and usability principles.
Advanced proficiency in Figma. Experience with Sketch or Adobe XD is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and create intuitive experiences.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable receiving feedback, participating in design critiques, and iterating quickly.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS products.
Experience working with US-based product and engineering teams.
Experience working across both B2B and B2C products.
Experience designing products involving complex workflows, dashboards, platforms, or enterprise applications.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
Experience working with AI-powered products or AI-assisted design workflows.
