Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends.
Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analysing feedback and conducting regular usability testing.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback.
Use data analytics to analyse and measure business performance.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Education- Full-time MBA (optional).
Relevant experience- 1 to 5 years in BFSI/Fintech industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Location: Mumbai (Kotak Infinity) This is a Public document.
