Job Summary
Branded and NCE portfolio
Management of the branded portfolio from IP perspective
Job Profile: Managing and supervising-
NCE Portfolio
Life Cycle management of NCE portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking
Ensuring FTO of in-house NCEs
Supervising Search and analysis- in NCEs and related competition
Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc.
Performing validity analysis of blocking patents
Branded Portfolio
Life Cycle management of branded portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking
IP support for out-licensing projects
Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc.
Freedom to operate for in-house branded portfolio
Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations
Performing validity analysis of blocking patents
Due Diligence For In-licensing/out-licensing Opportunity
IP due diligence for technologies and products for in-licensing
IP support for out-licensing projects
Agreement review related to in-licensing/out-licensing opportunity.
Product Opportunity Identification
Opportunity identification for APIs and formulations
Generation of ideas for new projects
Identifying new opportunities for in-licensing
