Job Title: Jr. Mechanical Engineer
Location: CCPL Engineering, Navi Mumbai
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month subject to candidate’s relevant work experience
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, supporting projects across diverse industries including medical devices, automotive, and structural design. You will be responsible for generating high-quality 2D and 3D files, supporting international clients, and ensuring clear communication throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create and revise 2D drawings and 3D CAD models in accordance with project requirements and standards.
· Collaborate with senior engineers to develop new design solutions from concept to execution.
· Support international clients with design updates, documentation, and technical clarifications.
· Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
· Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
· Manage documentation and maintaining version control across all design files.
Required Qualifications:
· B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
· Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar).
· Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work on multiple projects across different industries.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior internship or experience in product or mechanical design.
· Familiarity with GD&T, DFM/DFA principles, and basic FEA is a plus.
· Exposure to international client communication or cross-cultural collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 10:00 – 18:00
Ability to commute/relocate: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing or relevant industry
Language: English (Required)
