About Us:
Realatte Ventures is a fast-growing organization focused on leveraging technology to streamline business processes. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM tools, ensuring smooth integrations, customizations, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications.
Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, batch processing, scheduled jobs, and Aura components.
Implement and optimize SOQL & SOSL queries for data management.
Manage Salesforce data migration tools to ensure seamless data transfers.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
Proficiency in LWC, Apex development (triggers, batch jobs, scheduled tasks, Aura components).
Strong experience with SOQL & SOSL queries.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce data migration tools.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and process automation.
Salesforce certification (PD1/PD2/PD3 preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
