About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of Ecotyl’s day-to-day operations - from order processing and production to inventory, procurement, packaging, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors, artisans, production, and packaging partners.
Coordinate procurement, production planning, and logistics.
Track B2B/retail orders, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
Handle the operational part of the E-commerce vertical.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, inventory and fulfillment to make sure floor efficiency is maintained.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, FMCG, D2C, retail or order management.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and organisational skills.
Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
Close attention to detail and ownership.
Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
