Senior Full Stack Engineer — Ruby on Rails + React/TypeScript
Fully remote within Europe | B2B
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an established international B2B SaaS product company.
You'll join a product engineering team working on a complex SaaS platform with many third-party integrations. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership, from backend APIs and frontend development to release and production.
What you'll work on:
Build features across the stack using Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript
Build and evolve GraphQL APIs
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms
Own features end-to-end: from technical and product decisions to release and production
Take part in architecture and refactoring decisions
Work with a mature production system and help it grow
What we're looking for:
Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong React + TypeScript
Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design and query optimization
Hands-on experience building and working with GraphQL
Experience integrating third-party APIs
Strong engineering practices: testing, code reviews and documentation
Ability to take ownership and work independently in a distributed team
Languages:
English — B2, used for documentation, tickets and company-wide communication
Russian — fluent, used for day-to-day communication within the engineering team
Nice to have:
Go, Sidekiq or similar background job systems, experience breaking down monolithic applications into services, feature flags, OAuth and social media API integrations.
