WE’RE HIRING | STORE MANAGER
At OPS Jewels, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to take ownership of our showroom operations in Karnal.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the showroom as a whole — from leading the sales team and driving business to maintaining strong standards in customer service, inventory, daily operations, and team discipline.
What the role involves:
• Managing day-to-day showroom operations
• Leading, guiding and monitoring the sales team
• Driving sales and ensuring targets are achieved
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and operational discipline
• Ensuring the showroom consistently reflects OPS Jewels’ standards
• Coordinating with the management team on business and operational matters
What we’re looking for:
Someone with relevant experience in jewellery retail, strong communication and people-management skills, commercial understanding, and most importantly, a sense of ownership and responsibility.
