As our Culture & Engagement Specialist, you’ll play an important role in creating a vibrant, inclusive and connected workplace at Observe.AI. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, the People Team and employees across the company to strengthen the employee experience and bring our culture to life.
Your primary focus will be on being a Culture Champion - planning and executing engaging events, celebrations and employee initiatives across India. You’ll also support People Team projects, employee listening and engagement efforts, and help turn data and insights into meaningful actions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a culture ambassador, developing and executing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, morale, belonging and inclusion.
Lead the planning and execution of our annual company offsite and hackathon, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Plan and organise in-office events, sports activities, celebrations and other employee engagement initiatives across India.
Create and execute an annual employee engagement calendar aligned with festivals, global observances and company priorities.
Manage company swag, including planning, coordination and distribution for new hires, events and other initiatives.
Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and coordinating authentic content that showcases our people, culture, employee experiences and workplace initiatives.
Manage the company’s annual CSR program, including regulatory compliance, evaluating CSR opportunities, and coordinating the allocation and utilisation of CSR funds.
Collect, compile and analyse HR and employee engagement data from sources including HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews and other People Team systems.
Prepare reports, presentations and actionable insights for People Team members and business leaders.
Support the rollout and communication of new People programs, systems and initiatives.
Contribute to employee listening initiatives and help translate feedback and data into actionable insights.
Support the People Team on other projects and initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, culture or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for planning events and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High energy, enthusiasm and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI-powered tools and digital platforms.
