Guidewire Practice Head

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Guidewire Practice Head to lead and grow our flagship Guidewire competency within Insurance practice. This is a P&L-accountable leadership role responsible for driving partnership relations, business development, delivery excellence, and talent strategy across our Guidewire practice, spanning PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations across North America, Europe, and APAC markets.
The ideal candidate combines deep Guidewire platform expertise with strong consulting acumen, executive presence, and a proven track record of scaling P&C insurance technology practices at a top-tier IT services firm.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Strategy & Growth
● Define and execute the multi-year Guidewire practice roadmap, including service lines, go-to-market strategy, and vertical expansion into specialty and commercial lines
● Drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development, RFP leadership, and C-suite engagement at target insurance carriers and MGAs
● Build strategic alliances with Guidewire's partner ecosystem, including relationships and co-sell motions
● Identify and launch adjacent service offerings such as AI/ML augmentation, cloud migration, data & analytics, layered on Guidewire implementations Delivery Leadership
● Oversee a portfolio of Guidewire programs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
● Establish and enforce delivery governance: milestone reviews, risk management, and executive steering committee cadences
● Champion adoption of accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks to improve margins and reduce time-to-value
● Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with CIO, CDO, and VP-level contacts at insurance carrier accounts
