Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Company: CapitalSure Consulting (In Association with Finwizz)
Location: Office No. 2, Ground Floor, D-13, Sector 3, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station)
Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 Fixed Monthly + Uncapped Commission Payouts
About Us: Led by an industry veteran with 18 years of institutional credit underwriting experience, CapitalSure Consulting provides premium, structured loan solutions across Personal, Business, LAP, and Housing verticals.
Core Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound advisory calls to pre-qualified leads and merchants.
Conduct preliminary profile verification checks (Income, Obligation, and CIBIL health).
Educate borrowers on optimal bank and NBFC product matches.
Maintain a clean data entry log inside the internal CRM pipeline.
Requirements:
6 months+ experience in Banking/Financial/Insurance telecalling.
Clear communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
Driven by monthly performance incentives.
