We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development & Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in business development, B2B sales, marketing, client acquisition and startup operations.
What You’ll Do
Business Development:
• Research and identify potential corporate clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
• Reach out to HRs, Founders, Admin teams and decision-makers
• Initiate conversations and understand client requirements
• Schedule meetings and support the sales process
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records
• Assist in converting prospects into clients
Marketing:
• Support LinkedIn and social media campaigns
• Assist with content ideas, campaigns and promotional activities
• Research companies, industries and target markets
• Support corporate outreach and brand-building initiatives
• Help create presentations, proposals and marketing materials
• Contribute ideas for new marketing and engagement campaigns
Startup Experience:
• Work closely with the Founder and core team
• Get exposure to sales, marketing, operations and client management
• Take ownership of assigned projects and campaigns
• Learn how a growing sports and employee engagement company operates
Incentive Opportunity
This role includes an additional performance-based incentive opportunity.
Interns can earn incentives based on qualified leads, meetings, conversions and business generated, in addition to their internship compensation, wherever applicable.

Who We’re Looking For
• MBA / BBA / B.Com / Marketing / HR / Business-related students or recent graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in speaking with new people
• Interest in Sales, Business Development and Marketing
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and basic digital tools
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
