E-commerce Associate (Amazon & Flipkart)
We are strengthening our online marketplace operations and looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage our presence on Amazon and Flipkart, with a strong focus on Amazon review management, rating recovery and customer issue resolution. If you know your way around Seller Central, can dissect a negative review to find the root cause, and enjoy turning unhappy buyers into loyal clients, this role is for you.
Start Date: Immediately
Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 - 5,20,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: 1 - 3 year(s) in E-commerce Operations / Marketplace Management
Key Responsibilities:
Product Health Monitoring & Resolution: Track catalog diagnostics, account health metrics and listing compliance daily on Amazon and Flipkart; identify at-risk ASINs and drive timely resolutions.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate patterns behind recurring product defects, returns, and customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams
Seller Central Management: Handle day-to-day marketplace operations, listing suppression issues and catalog health on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Customer Query & Ticket Resolution: Respond to customer queries, product inquiries and operational tickets across platforms to safeguard brand reputation and performance.
Reporting & MIS: Maintain trackers for product health trends, defect categories, listing performance and turnaround times in Excel
Cross-Platform Coordination: Work with marketing and catalog teams to ensure listings, images and product descriptions accurately reflect physical inventory.

Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub (hands-on experience mandatory)
Product & Account Health Management
Customer Complaint Resolution & Escalation Handling
Data Tracking & Reporting (Advanced Excel)
Strong Written Communication (English)
Experience in B2B E-commerce and/or Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) operations is a strong plus.
Only those candidates can apply who:
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Customer Support across Seller Central
Have prior hands-on experience specifically resolving catalog suppressions, product health issues and return drivers (not just general listing creation)
Currently reside in or are willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
Other Requirements:
Patient and solution-oriented, ability to de-escalate buyer issues through effective written communication.
Comfortable working with data to spot operational patterns behind listing suppressions and high defect rates
Highly organized, able to manage inventory issues and product trackers
Someone who takes ownership of marketplace account health metrics as a personal KPI.
