Job Summary
Serve as a technical lead for hybrid delivery of secure cloud native enterprise applications using Java Spring React TypeScript and PostgreSQL while guiding teams in effective use of GitHub GitHub Copilot GitHub Actions Jenkins and container platforms. Enable reliable integration with AWS and Azure services while ensuring quality observability and alignment with governance risk and compliance expectations.
Responsibilities
A hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer who writes production code daily while leading and mentoring an offshore team.
You own end-to-end delivery and collaborate with onshore stakeholders all with minimal supervision.

Agile/Scrum practitioner comfortable with sprint-based delivery
Strong debugging skills across distributed systems

Kafka Angular Terraform / IaC
OAuth 2.0 / JWT performance tuning caching strategies
Observability tooling (Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog)
Certifications Required
