Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about the forex and fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle voice support and live chat interactions with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Ensure consistent follow-ups and communication with existing customers
Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closure
Utilize budget management skills to support sales planning and execution
Use analytical skills to forecast trends, identify challenges, and improve lead generation
Work towards achieving sales targets through structured and strategic sales efforts
Perform cross-selling and upselling of relevant products and services to maximize revenue
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in BDE
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling
Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Interest in forex, comex and indices is essential
Knowledge of financial markets or trading platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
