🚨 Real Estate Transactional Associate | Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid/Flexible Remote) – Up to $250k
Location/Schedule: Washington, DC / Maryland (Hybrid with strong remote flexibility – fully remote encouraged for seniors, office available for occasional use, no fixed in-office days)
Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Commercial Real Estate Transactions – Acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, joint ventures, and complex real estate deals across the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate and document complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
Conduct due diligence and manage closings for a wide range of property types.
Advise clients on structuring, risk allocation, and ongoing real estate matters in the DC metro region.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active bar admission in MD, DC, or VA.
4–8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience with financing, leasing, or development work is a plus.
