FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER – PAYABLES & CASH FLOW

Join a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Agency growing at approximately 40% CAGR and work closely with the CFO & Management.
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional who can take ownership of vendor payments, payment controls, cash-flow planning, MIS, Tally and financial data management — with an opportunity to grow alongside the organisation as the business scales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor payments with proper verification and approval controls
• Prepare and monitor cash-flow plans and payment schedules
• Maintain accounts and financial data effectively in Tally
• Manage and consolidate data using Google Sheets / Excel
• Prepare meaningful MIS and financial reports for management
• Strengthen financial processes, controls and payment discipline
• Work closely with the CFO & Management on financial analysis and business requirements
🎯 We Are Looking For
✅ Excellent working knowledge of Tally & Google Sheets/Excel
✅ Strong accounting and financial control knowledge
✅ Good analytical and data-consolidation skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and follow-up
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership
✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
✅ Working knowledge of GST/TDS/Income Tax will be an advantage
