Upadrasta Dairy Specialities Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad.

We are now looking for an experienced accounts professional who can take ownership of key accounting, reporting and compliance functions within our manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, books of accounts and general ledger
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and ledger reconciliations
Support monthly and year-end closing and finalisation of accounts
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and management reports
Ensure timely compliance related to GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and internal departments
Manage inventory / stock accounting, reconciliation and costing relevant to a manufacturing environment
Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow
Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and strong internal controls
Identify discrepancies and support improvements in accounting and reporting processes
Candidate Profile
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🎓 Education:
B.Com + M.Com OR
B.Com + MBA (Finance)
💼 Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Preferred skills & experience:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
Experience with account finalisation, MIS and reconciliations
Good understanding of inventory accounting and costing
Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting systems and MS Excel
Experience in FMCG, food, dairy or manufacturing will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines
