As part of our Customer Relations team, you’ll be on the front line, building strong connections with a diverse mix of members. You’ll make sure they feel heard, supported, and set up for success - while helping us shape the solutions that will serve them even better in the future.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the go-to contact for our members, answering requests via phone, email, and live chat.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with businesses across Iceland.
- Represent the member’s voice inside Teya, influencing how we develop and improve our services.
- Work alongside a dynamic, collaborative team that’s passionate about delivering great results.

- A people person with a strong service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Icelandic and English.
- A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals.
- Results-driven and ambitious.
- Someone curious and eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
