Role Description: LitLabs is looking for a sharp, highly proactive Founder's Office Intern who can think independently, move fast, and actually get things done. You'll work directly with the founder across marketing, sales, operations, research, AI, and business strategy. You'll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage company is built, but more importantly, you'll be expected to help build it.
This is not a role where you'll be handed a fixed list of tasks every morning. You'll often be given a problem, a goal, or a vague direction, and expected to figure out what needs to happen, create a plan, and execute it.
If you're someone who naturally takes ownership, learns quickly, spots opportunities, and doesn't need to be micromanaged, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
You'll work across whatever moves LitLabs and its clients forward.
Your work may include:
Work directly with the founder on high-priority business and growth initiatives
Research potential clients, partners, markets, competitors, and opportunities
Build and manage lead-generation systems and support outbound/inbound sales
Research prospects and turn findings into actionable outreach
Support marketing, content, SEO/GEO, and growth initiatives when required
Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → delivery
Work on completely new problems that may not have an obvious playbook
No two weeks will look the same. That's the point. You'll have significant autonomy. We care about what you ship, not how busy you look.
Who We Are Looking for:
We're looking for sharp people with an unfair bias toward execution.
You should:
Be comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out without constant instructions
Have strong problem-solving and research skills
Be able to take a vague problem and turn it into a concrete plan
Be highly organized and extremely reliable
Be comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, and other online tools
Be comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools and constantly looking for ways to work faster
Have an edge in marketing, sales, operations, research, or business
Be naturally curious about startups, technology, AI, and how businesses grow
Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
This isn't a traditional internship where you'll spend six months shadowing people or doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work on real problems, real clients, and real business priorities alongside the founder.
Compensation & Growth:
Starting stipend: ₹5,000/month - ₹7,000/month . Your stipend can be 2X'd every month based on your performance and deliverability. The more you own, execute, and deliver, the more you earn.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, larger ownership, and higher-paying roles.
