Present Frog Street solutions. Conduct in-person and virtual customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for administrators, educators, evaluation committees, and other stakeholders
Move opportunities toward close. Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and recommended solutions; address customer questions and objections; negotiate within approved parameters; and guide opportunities through commitment and close
Coordinate across teams. Partner with Marketing, Professional Learning, Customer Success, Operations, and other teams to support effective sales execution, implementation readiness, and a strong customer experience
Develop customer relationships. Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers that support referrals, account expansion, and future growth opportunities
Maintain accurate sales data & plans. Keep account, contact, activity, pipeline, and opportunity information current in Salesforce and communicate progress, risks, and recommended actions
